Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel a purchased teacher training or workshop, you must do so 14 days in advance to receive a 100% refund. You are entitled to 50% refund if you cancel 7 - 13 days before the event, and 25% refund if you cancel 1 - 6 days before the event.
